UNESCO TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOP HELD ON THE 26 TO 28 OF APRIL 2005 AT HOLIDAY INN HOTEL, NAIROBI

The team-building workshop held on the 26th to 28th at the Holiday Inn Hotel, involved all staff of UNECO Nairobi office. Staff voiced their issues and concerns regarding their workplace, developed answers and solutions to the key issues raised.
Team action plan and individual action plan was developed through team assignments.

At the end of the day, team building was emphasised through trust, communication, training, career level, diplomacy, dialogue and motivation.
It was a great retreat for Nairobi office.
